Danny Kroo
Founder, President and Consultant - Montreal QC
Danny is the founder and president of Docusys Corporation and works as a consultant based in Montreal. Danny has over 36 years of experience specializing in the medical device and aerospace industries as a quality management systems and regulatory affair consultant. Since founding the company in 1994, Danny has worked with over 350 clients, and has gained a reputation for his excellent service and professionalism.
Daniella Marx
Consultant - Toronto ON
Daniella is a Project Manager/Consultant based in Toronto who joined the Docusys team in May of 2022. Daniella is passionate about helping medical device manufacturers bring their medical technology to market and meet regulatory compliance. Her main areas of expertise are Quality Management and Risk Management. Daniella received a BSc in Biology from McGill University and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University. Her research in the field of implantable bone adhesives has been highly impactful in the field, and is published in several international Journals.

Hershel Caytak
Consultant - Ottawa ON
Hershel Caytak is a regulatory and medical device consultant that joined the Docusys team in May of 2023. Hershel has over 5 years experience working as a contract medical device evaluator for Health Canada's Medical Device Directorate (General and Restorative, Digital Health Division and Investigative Testing Authorization). His specialty has been evaluation of Class III medical devices including X-ray, CT and Ultrasound systems. Hershel received a BASc in Biomedical Engineering at Jerusalem College of Technology, Israel, a MASc in Biomedical Engineering at Carleton University, Ottawa and a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Ottawa. He has additional experience as a Biomedical Engineer and a Data Scientist. Hershel is passionate about helping clients navigate complex regulatory and technical challenges that present barriers to device market approval.
